Compliance

“Compliance” — correspondence, conforming to a rule.

Tau-Ken Altyn LLP carries out its activities in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation, as well as high ethical standards of business.

The Compliance function ensures that the Partnership’s activities comply with international and local regulatory standards: anti-corruption and fraud, anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism.

In 2023-2024, the Partnership conducted an internal analysis of corruption risks. As part of the internal analysis of corruption risks, regulatory legal acts, as well as internal regulatory documents of the Partnership, the results of inspections previously conducted by government agencies and the internal audit service of the parent company in relation to the Partnership were used. Based on the results of the internal analysis of corruption risks of the Partnership, an action plan was drawn up to prevent, mitigate and eradicate corruption in the Partnership.

Compliance is not only rules and instructions, it is about trust and respect for colleagues, partners and society.
The Code of Business Conduct establishes the basic rules of ethical interaction between employees, as well as with other stakeholders – shareholders, counterparties, regulators and other persons whose interests are affected by the activities of the Partnership. Compliance with the Code of Business Conduct is an integral condition of work for each employee of the Partnership.
