Management

The general management of the activities of Tau-Ken Altyn LLP is entrusted to the Supervisory Board, consisting of at least 3 (three) members, elected by the decision of the Sole Participant for a period of not more than 5 years.

Currently, members of the Supervisory Board of Tau-Ken Altyn LLP are:
1. Daniyar Erlanovich Idrisov — Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Tau-Ken Altyn LLP, Chief Investment and Strategy Officer — Member of the Management Board of Tau-Ken Samruk NMC JSC;

2. Rakhmatulla Makhsudkhanovich Ablazimov — member of the Supervisory Board of Tau-Ken Altyn LLP; Chief Business Administration Director of Tau-Ken Samruk NMC JSC; 

3. Abdikarim Abzhalelovich Zeynullin — Independent Director of the Supervisory Board of Tau-Ken Altyn LLP;

4. Adylgazy Sadvakasovich Bergenev — Independent Director of the Supervisory Board of Tau-Ken Altyn LLP.

5. Shaikenov Shyrak Shektubaevich – member of the Supervisory Board of Tau-Ken Altyn LLP; Senior Manager of the Mining Assets Sector of Samruk-Kazyna JSC;

6. Rustam Kanatovich Nabiev — Secretary of the Supervisory Board of Tau-Ken Altyn LLP
