On Kazakhstan’s Independence Day, the Director of the affination plant at TOO “Tau-Ken Altyn” addressed the team with heartfelt words of gratitude and congratulations. “Today we celebrate not only a state holiday — we celebrate our unity, our shared work and the care we show one another,” the Director said, noting the contribution of each employee to the common cause.

On this festive day, the children of participants in the “Day Without Plastic” contest were also especially recognized. Congratulations and thanks were extended to the families of: Muratbekov Symbat, Akhmet Asylkhan, Mukhanova Ainur, Smagulov Arman, Kapashev Aidar and Turgali Aiman. Their young participants received commemorative gifts and words of support from management.

By the results of the fourth quarter of 2026, the title of “Best Employee” was awarded to Muratbekov Symbat — for responsibility, initiative and exemplary attitude to work. Colleagues warmly congratulated Symbat and thanked her for her contribution to the plant’s production successes.

Special attention was also given to a milestone: employee Akhmetbekov Didar was congratulated on her ten-year anniversary at the affination plant of TOO “Tau-Ken Altyn”. For her dedication and professionalism she received a letter of appreciation and a commemorative gift.

In addition, at the start of the holiday period, employees Sydykova Aisha and Omarova Layla began receiving the special social payment (SSP) — the team congratulated them on this important step and wished them health and well-being.

The celebration at the production site was warm and family-like: simple kind words, handshakes and smiles once again reminded everyone that the plant’s greatest wealth is not the equipment, but the people who work there.
